While working there he learned about great home-style cooking. At age 19 he opened his own pizzeria in Flushing Queens and from there in 1984 opened a restaurant in Franklin Square Long Island and now on Jan. 7,2008 Jack brings his traditional Italianstyle cooking to beautful Saint Lucie West. At Jack's you will find great New York style small or large thin crust pizza's & thick sicilian all homemade, alsoPasta's such as Lasagna, Baked ziti , Stuffed Shells ,Ravioli, pasta w/ meatballs or sausage also meat & vegetable Stromboli,eggplant parmigiana chicken parmigiana,francese, marsalla & florentino, sausage & peppers, fried calamari,seafood & rib eye steak.
